SAML 2.0 Configuration for Docusign to Infisign

Step: 1

      Sign in to Infisign with the Admin Login Credentials. Now in the Dashboard Screen, Click on the Application > Browse App Catalog page will direct you to the Browse App Integration Page and select DocuSign.

Step 2: 

Click on DocuSign to proceed with the Application Integration.  Once clicked and proceeded, you will be directed to the DocuSign  Integration page here click the “Add Integration” button to proceed.

STEP 3: 

Enter the Application Label Name and Click Next. This will direct you to the Sign-on option page.

STEP 4:

Paste the Meta URL and App login URL from the DocuSign.

STEP 5:

In DocuSign Admin, select Identity Providers & On the Identity Providers page, select Add Identity Provider

STEP 6:

Type a custom name for the Identity Provider, and select Next.

The name must be unique within the DocuSign system. The name is a label for this specific Identity Provider setting and has no impact on the other settings.

STEP 7:

Enter the values for the following required fields:

• Identity Provider Issuer. This must match the issuer field in any SAML assertions ( copy and paste the SAML XML file URL from the Infisign Portal )
• Identity Provider Login URL. This is the endpoint that handles the SAML Authentication Request ( copy and paste the sign-in redirect URL from the Infisign Portal )

STEP 8:

Select Enable Third-Party Login

Select Enable single logout.

Select the HTTP request settings for your identity provider. HTTP Requests settings include:

• Sign AuthN request: Select this option to require that DocuSign signs the AuthN request in SAML.
• Sign logout request: Select this option to require that DocuSign sends a logout request.
• Send AuthN request by: Select either redirect (GET) or HTTP POST.
• Send logout request by: Select either redirect (GET) or HTTP POST.

STEP 9:

Select Add Identity Provider.

On the Identity Providers page, locate the identity provider, and select Actions > Endpoints

Copy the service provider Metadata URL and service provider login URL, paste it on the Infisign Portal - as of in the Step 4

STEP 10:

Add at least one valid certificate used by the Identity Provider to sign SAML assertions

To download the Identity certificate in the Infisign portal , follow step to proceed as in the below screenshot

STEP 11: Select Save to save the Identity Provider information
