Create Authentication Template
Step 1:
Login and Navigate:
- Ensure you are logged in with administrative privileges.
- From the dashboard, click on the Identity option on the sidebar to expand the menu.
- Select Auth Templates from it and then click the option Create Authentication Template.
Step 2:
Basic Information
- Auth Template Name - Enter a unique name for the authentication template. This name should identify the purpose or type of authentication the template will handle.
- Template Message - Enter a message that will be displayed or used as part of the authentication process. This message might inform users of the authentication steps, privacy considerations, or any other relevant information.
- Once the above steps are completed the Next option will be enabled and click to proceed to the next step
Step 3:
Identity Details
- Choose a Template - Click on the dropdown menu to select an existing identity template. The options in this dropdown are predefined templates that define various identity categories and attributes necessary for authentication purposes.
- Once the above step is completed the Next option will be enabled and click to proceed to the next step
Step 4:
Zero Knowledge Proof Expiration
- Use the toggle switch to enable or disable the setting of an expiration time for the Zero Knowledge Proof. Enabling this allows you to set a specific duration after which the proof will no longer be valid.
- This Step is optional, click next and proceed
Step 5:
Condition for Authentication
- Check Revocation Status - Decide whether to check the revocation status of the identity during the authentication process. This setting helps in ensuring that the identity being authenticated has not been revoked.
- Select Required Attributes for Authentication - Select the attributes that need to be verified during the authentication process. These attributes should match the details required to validate the identity effectively.
- Once all the required fields are completed, Click on the Save option
Step 6:
The created Authentication Template will be listed on the Authentication Templates List View page, here the created Auth Template can be Updated and Deleted if required
