SAML 2.0 Configuration for Zendesk to Infisign



Step: 1

Sign in to Infisign using the Admin login credentials. On the Dashboard screen, navigate to Application > Browse App Catalog. This will take you to the Browse App Integration page, where you can select Zendesk.

Step 2:

Click on Zendesk to begin the application integration process. Once you have clicked and proceeded, you will be directed to the Zendesk Integration page. Here, click the “Add Integration” button to continue.

Step 3:

Enter the Application Label Name and select SAML, then click Next. This action will navigate you to the Sign-on options page.

Step 4:

Enter the subdomain and click "Generate XML".

Step: 5

To enable SSO in Zendesk, log in to your Zendesk account as an admin. Then, navigate to Admin > Account.

Step 6:

Choose Single sign-on (SSO).

Step 7:

Click on "Configure SSO Configuration" and select "SAML".

Step 8:

Copy the SAML SSO URL from Infisign to download the fingerprint certificate in PEM format. Paste this PEM file into the SAML Tool's fingerprint generator, set the algorithm to SHA-256, and click "Generate."

Step 9:

Enable or Activate the External Authentication.

Step 10:

Enable authentication for team members.
