SAML 2.0 Configuration for ZoomInfo to Infisign

Step: 1

      Sign in to Infisign with the Admin Login Credentials. Now in the Dashboard Screen, Click on the Application > Browse App Catalog page will direct you to the Browse App Integration Page and select ZoomInfo.

Step 2:

Click on ZoomInfo to proceed with the Application Integration.  Once clicked and proceeded, you will be directed to the ZoomInfo Integration page here click the “Add Integration” button to proceed.

STEP 3:

Enter the Application Label Name and select SAML and Select the Application Owner then Click Next. This will direct you to the Sign-on option page.

STEP 4:

To retrieve the EntityId, App login URL, and ACS URL for ZoomInfo, follow the following steps,

• App login URL - https://login.zoominfo.com/sso-login 
• EntityId - ZoomInfo’s Audience URI paste it here
• ACS URL - ZoomInfo’s Assertion Consumer Service URL  paste it here
• Download the SAML XML File. For the Further Process,

Note: The tenant ID and environment URL may vary based on your organisation.

Step 5:

• Login into ZoomInfo as an admin account.
• Click on app launcher icon  >> select AdminPortal.

• Go to the User Management >> Single Sign-On.

• In Single Sign-On Setup, click on Upload Metadata File that you downloaded  in the Step 4 .

• Open a popup SAML Metadata XML Upload and click on Select a file link and upload the downloaded metadata file you got from Infisign Dashboard.

• Click on Submit.

• Wait for a few seconds after uploading the Infisign Metadata in ZoomInfo to generate the Audience URI, Assertion Consumer Service URL. Copy the following details and Paste it on the Infisign.
