UniFed - Multifactor Authentication
Step 1:
- Log in to the UniFed portal.
- From the main dashboard, navigate to the "Tenant" section in the left sidebar.
- Click on "Tenant List," then select the organization for which you want to enable the Multifactor Authentication (MFA) and navigate to that module
Step 2:
Customer Authenticator
- Enable the custom authenticator toggle to use the functionality.
- A popup will be generated and need to confirm with the proceed option.
Step 3:
This MFA will be applied to all the users for the particular tenant where it is enabled.

Step 4:
Duo Authenticator
- Before enabling this method needs to be configured first
- Click on the config option where the Client ID, Client Secret, and API Host details need to be updated and saved.
Step 5:
- Now to make the Duo Authenticator method an MFA for this tenant need to enable the toggle
- A popup will be generated and need to confirm with the proceed option.
Step 6:
This MFA will be applied to all the users for the particular tenant where it is enabled.
Note: Only any one of the MFA methods can be used here for Authentication.
