SAML 2.0 Configuration for Kinaxis to Infisign

Step 1:

      Sign in to Infisign with the Admin Login Credentials. Now in the Dashboard Screen, Click on the Application > Browse App Catalog page will direct you to the Browse App Integration Page and select Kinaxis.

Step 2:

Click on Kinaxis to proceed with the Application Integration.  Once clicked and proceeded, you will be directed to the Zendesk Integration page here click the “Add Integration” button to proceed.

Step 3:

Enter the Application Label Name, select SAML and app owner then Click Next. This will direct you to the Sign-on option page.

Step 4:

Upload the SAML XML file and enter the app login URL, which you can obtain from the Kinaxis support team.

Step 5:

Configuring SAML in Kinaxis

1. Contact the Kinaxis Support team and request that they enable SAML 2.0 for your account.

2. The Kinaxis Support team will process your request, enable SAML, and provide you with the SSO Link in the format:

• New Format:

https://[yourDatacenterPrefix].kinaxis.net/yourCompanyID/saml2 

• Old Format:

https://rapidresponse[yourDatacenterPrefix].kinaxis.com/[yourCompanyID]/saml2
