SAML 2.0 Configuration for OpenAI to Infisign

Step 1:

      Sign in to Infisign with the Admin Login Credentials. Now in the Dashboard Screen, Click on the Application > Browse App Catalog page will direct you to the Browse App Integration Page and select OpenAI.

Step 2:

Click on OpenAI to proceed with the Application Integration.  Once clicked and proceeded, you will be directed to the Zendesk Integration page here click the “Add Integration” button to proceed.

Step 3:

Enter the Application Label Name and select SAML then Click Next. This will direct you to the Sign-on option page.

Step 4:

  Enter the ACS URL ,Entity Id and App Login URL then click Generate Xml.

Step 5:

Configuring SAML in OpenAI

1. To access your Identity & Provisioning settings in your ChatGPT workspace:
2. Select your profile icon on the top-right corner of the chatgpt.com homepage.

3. Select Manage Workspace in the pop-up menu.

4. On the left side of the page, select Identity & Provisioning

5. Under the Single Sign On section in the Identity & Provisioning settings, click on Add SAML SSO. 

Note that the ACS URL has the organization ID of your organization inside of it as the connection and it may be provided as a way to log in.

6. Upon clicking Add SAML SSO, a modal will appear with two input fields: SSO URL and X.509 Signing Certificate. Paste the SAML XML file and download the identity certificate and paste it on X.509.

7. After successfully setting up SSO, you have the option to enforce SSO login.
